and
independent
and

for
their
families.
It
works
with

for
alcohol,
tobacco
and

and
provides
educational
and
support
sessions
to
ensure
healthy,
confident,
and
empowered
families.
Nosotras
also
helps
connect

and

as
needed.
The
Nosotras
Program
has
impacted
hundreds
of
at-risk
Latinas
since
its
inception.
What
our
clients
are
saying
about
Nosotras:
“Nosotras
has
given
me
counseling
on
how
to
interact
with
my
kids,
and
it
has
helped
me
to
become
more
of
an
independent
woman.
It
helps
me
find
solutions
for
my
problems.
My
kids
benefit
too,
because
it
is
good
for
them
to
see
their
mom
happier.”

“[Adelante
has]
been
helping
me
learn
how
to
take
care
of
my
little
boy.
They
even
help
me
make
arrangements
for
and
provide
me
with
transportation
for
clinic
appointments
when
he
needs
to
go
to
the
doctor.
I
am
going
to
keep
coming
here,
and
I
hope
to
learn
English
and
get
a
job.
Adelante
will
help
me
get
a
better
future.”
